Cancellation of Exams

We reserve the right to cancel any exam at any time and for any reason, without notice. If we cancel a exam, we will refund any entry fees paid by users who entered the exam into the wallet.

Refunds :- All entry fees are non-refundable, except in the following circumstances:

• If a exam is cancelled by us, we will refund any entry fees paid by users who entered the exam.

• If a user is unable to participate in a exam due to a technical issue or other problem on our end, we will refund the entry fee for that exam.

Disputes

If you have a dispute about a refund, you may contact us at epocholympiad2009@gmail.com. We will review your request and make a determination at our sole discretion.

Changes to Policy

We reserve the right to modify or update this cancellation and refund policy at any time and for any reason, without notice. If we make any material changes to this policy, we will post the updated policy on the App and notify users by email or other means.

Acceptance of Policy

By using the App, you agree to be bound by this cancellation and refund policy. If you do not agree to this policy, do not use the App.

Non-Refundable Fees :- The following fees are non-refundable:

1. Entry fees for exams.

2. Any other fees that are explicitly stated as non-refundable.

Change in Exam Rules

Epoch Olympiad Foundation reserves the right to change the rules of a exam at any time without prior notice. However, any changes made will be communicated to the participants via email or app notification. Participants who are not satisfied with the changes can cancel their participation in the exam and receive a full refund of their entry fee.
